Preparing dishes; Prepare and mix flour and making various noodles; Cooking noodles and soup base; Purchasing and preparing ingredients; Planning menus and designing dishes / recipes; Monitoring ingredient inventory, food quality and hygiene; Arranging staff deployment; Supervising subordinates and training staff; Managing the operation of kitchen.

Secondary 3, 1 Year Experience Required, Fair Cantonese, Fair Reading and Written Chinese

$ 19,850 per month, 11:30 AM - 9:30 PM (incl. 1-hour Meal/Rest break), 9-hour work per day, no shift required (No. of working days per week : 6)
