Responsibilities
負責通過電話和網上渠道(例如在線聊天、電郵等)處理客戶查詢，提供良好客戶服務及推廣公司產品/服務; 積極學習公司產品、系統及流動通訊市場的有關知識，促進日常工作順利進行；遵守熱線中心的工作流程及指引，適時跟進及完成工作；根據公司的要求執行其他指派的工作
Requirements
Secondary 5; Fluent Cantonese ; Fluent Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; English Typing 30 words per min.; Chinese Typing 30 words per min.; Basic Computer Operation Knowledge
Employment Terms
$15,000 - $21,000 per month, with Annual Leave 14 days, On-the-job Training, 夜班/通宵班津貼 and Performance Award, 1:00PM-10:00PM/3:00PM-12:00AM/8:30PM-6:00AM/12:00AM-9:00AM, 5 - 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 工作期:6個月, 每週平均工作48小時
