Responsibilities
負責生產線日常運作及現場管理, 確保生產順暢; 按生產計劃分配工作、調配人手及跟進進度; 監控生產質量, 確保符合公司要求的標準; 處理生產異常（如設備、人員、物料問題）並作出匯報; 維持生產現場整潔; 完成上級指派之其他工作
Requirements
Secondary 3; 3 years of experience required; Fair Cantonese ; Able to read Chinese ; 具3年或上食品生產廠房相關工作經驗 (有組長經驗優先); 熟悉生產流程及基本品質管理
Employment Terms
$18,100 - $21,100 per month, with Overtime Allowance, Discretionary Bonus, Purchase Discount, On-the-job Training, Medical Benefits, Meal provided, New Comer Award $6000, 7:30AM-5:00PM or 9:00PM-6:30AM, 5 - 6 working days per week, shift holiday, 9 working hours per day, (With Shuttle Bus Service)
