Lead all phases of IT projects with a focus on R&D, including feasibility studies, procurement, implementation, testing and maintenance; Assign duties to team members, fostering innovation and encouraging R&D; Oversee R&D activities and ensure integration into project plans; Engage with customers to incorporate cutting-edge R&D solutions; Manage resources, vendors, risks and quality control, integrating R&D advancements

Post-secondary (Bachelor Degree); 3 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fluent Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Microsoft Office; 具時間管理技巧

$20,000 - $25,000 per month, with Year-end Bonus, Mon to Fri: 10:00AM-6:00PM, 5 working days per week, 8 working hours per day
