Responsibilities
Responsible for daily office administrative operations; Process emails and support colleagues in various departments in creating quotations, purchase orders and other related tasks; Manage warehouse operations
Requirements
Secondary 7; 1 year and 2 months of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Microsoft Office; Proficiency in MS Office(Excel) and ERP system; Experience in commercial/catering equipment support is an advantage
Employment Terms
$18,000 per month, with Annual Leave 13 days, Discretionary Bonus and Medical Benefits, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 5 working days per week, 8 working hours per day
