Responsibilities
Ensure that all front and back of house on guest floors are presented and maintained and the timely turnaround of guest rooms are guaranteed; Actively support room attendants and public area attendants executing their daily tasks and interact with guests daily to ensure all guests receive extraordinary service; Handle all guest and internal complaints in a courteous and efficient manner
Requirements
Secondary 5; 4 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English
Employment Terms
$26,000 - $27,000 per month, with Annual Leave 12 days, Birthday Leave , Discretionary Bonus, Dental Scheme, Medical Benefits and Meal provided, 8:30AM-6:30PM/1:30PM-11:30PM/10:30PM-8:30AM, 5 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 10 working hours per day
