Responsibilities
Support Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine to develop new dishes and menus; Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keeping up-to-date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques; Perform any other duties (in the capacity as Chef de Partie) as assigned by supervisor(s) from time to time (3-Years Contract)
Requirements
Secondary 5; 8 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English
Employment Terms
$28,000 - $33,000 per month, 7:00AM-4:00PM / 9:00AM-6:00PM / 11:40AM-8:40PM, 5 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday
