Support Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in the daily operation and work; Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keeping up-to-date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques; Perform any other duties (in the capacity as Demi Chef) as assigned by supervisor(s) from time to time (3-Years Contract)

Secondary 5; 5 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English

$22,000 - $25,000 per month, 7:00AM-4:00PM / 9:00AM-6:00PM / 11:40AM-8:40PM, 5 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 9 working hours per day
