Responsibilities
General duties of Property Manager/ress (Holder of Degree in Real Estate, Property Management or related discipline; With 3 years or above experience in property management; A practicing member of HKIH/CIH/RPHM/HIREA)
Requirements
Post-secondary (Bachelor Degree); 3 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fluent Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Microsoft Office; MS Word; MS Excel; Basic Computer Operation Knowledge; Holder of PMP (Tier 1) License is preferred; With experience in public housing management is preferred
Employment Terms
$30,000 per month, with Annual Leave 12 days, Mon to Fri: 8:45AM-6:00PM, 5 working days per week, 8.2 working hours per day
