Responsibilities
監督部門營運及領導維修部同事完成維修與預防性保養工作; 按工作優次需求，有效調動及管理內部與外部資源以執行維修、維護及新項目; 與不同部門、承包商、法定或專業機構聯繫，並監督工程進度及質量; 提供各領域的內部培訓，例如工作流程、政策和程序、技術解難、檔案管理及預算編製
Requirements
Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 8 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese preferred; Fair Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Green Card; Electricity Licence A; 持有屋宇設備工程、電氣/機械工程或相關專業文憑或以上學歷，並持有有效證書
Employment Terms
$50,000 - $69,999 per month(Depends on academic qualifications and working experience), with Annual Leave 14 days, Bank Holiday, Birthday Leave 1 day, Marriage Leave 3 days and Transport Allowance $800 per month, 8:00AM-5:00PM, 2:00PM-11:00PM or 11:00PM-8:00AM, 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 8 working hours per day, (需外勤或戶外工作)
