Responsibilities
負責大廈檢查及維修工作; 獨立完成維修項目，包括水電及泥水油漆工作、故障診斷與修復、設備裝嵌與保養、清洗冷氣機; 需外勤/戶外工作, 派駐客戶地點工作(駐場私人屋苑)
Requirements
Secondary 3; 3 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese preferred; Able to read & write Chinese ; Electricity Licence A; Air-conditioning; 熟悉供水 / 排水系統操作; 具泥水，油漆及持有空調相關技術證書優先; 具責任感
Employment Terms
$24,000 - $26,000 per month, with Overtime Time-off in lieu and Incentive Bonus, 9:00AM-7:00PM, 6 working days per week, shift holiday, 10 working hours per day
