Responsibilities
一般物業經理工作；監督日常運作，督導保安、清潔、園藝、客戶服務及機電設施維護等前線團隊與外判承辦商；維護設施與資產，定期巡查建築結構、消防、電梯及水電系統，安排預防性保養與緊急維修工作；管理財務與預算，制訂年度管理預算，控制營運開支，定期向業主立案法團或管理委員會提交財務報告
Requirements
Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 2 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; 持有物業管理人(1級牌)優先
Employment Terms
$23,000 per month, with Overtime Time-off in lieu, Mon to Sat: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 6 working days per week, 9 working hours per day, 間中需超時工作 (管理客戶關係與處理投訴)
