Responsibilities

負責預備和烹飪西式膳食，確保食物質素及味道合乎標準；管理廚房食品生產的流程，包括訂貨、食材驗收、儲存及存貨周轉，同時監督廚房日常運作，確保工序暢順；督導廚房助理及清潔人員，分配工作崗位，確保團隊協作效率

Requirements

Secondary 3; 5 years of experience required; Fair Cantonese ; Able to read Chinese ; 工作仔細、有耐性、願意聽從管理人員的工作指示

Employment Terms

$22,500 - $23,000 per month, Mon to Fri: 6:30AM-4:30PM or 9:30AM-7:30PM, 5 working days per week, 10 working hours per day, (3-month probationary period)
