Responsibilities
監督整體食品生產流程，確保符合安全標準，監察每日進度，制訂及跟進每月生產目標，安排人手與庫存管理，確保營運順暢，協調跨部門合作，監察工場衞生安全，推動改善措施，維持HACCP/ISO體系要求，處理生產計劃、報表、存貨、品質文件等文書工作，執行上級指派的其他職務
Requirements
Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 5 years and 8 months of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Eng/Chi PC operation; 有食品生產/品質管理經驗, 熟悉HACCP/ISO, 持有駕駛執照/鏟車牌/衞生經理證優先
Employment Terms
$18,000 - $22,000 per month, with Annual Leave 11 days, Bank Holiday, Birthday Leave , Discretionary Bonus, Medical Benefits and Promotion Opportunity, Mon to Fri: 8:30AM-6:00PM and Sat: 8:30AM-1:00PM, 5.5 working days per week
