Responsibilities
Assist the Board Director in managing daily business schedules, executive administration and hosting high-net-worth (VIP) clients; Assist in organizing and executing cultural events, including tea art demonstrations, porcelain appreciation sessions and jewelry private salons; Support the Director in preparing marketing collateral and copy for cultural products, organizing merchandise displays and handling external business communications
Requirements
Post-secondary (Sub-degree); Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Word-processing; With certification in Tea Art/ Jewelry Gemology (e.g. GIA/FGA) or relevant exp. pref.; With academic certification (for recruitment purposes only)
Employment Terms
Basic Salary with Commission around $16,000 - $35,000 per month, with Overtime Time-off in lieu, Incentive Bonus and Performance Award, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 5 working days per week, 8 working hours per day
