Job Description
Responsibilities
Responsible for the day-to-day operations within engineering department; Supervise and direct team member to deliver effective and efficient maintenance duties; Assess safety and health risks in the work place and take necessary precautions if required; Supervise the work progress of outsourced engineering companies
Requirements
Post-secondary (Sub-degree); 5 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Green Card; Electricity Licence A; Construction Workers Registration Card; 5 years or above relevant working experience, preferably in 5-star hotels/clubhouses
Employment Terms
$30,000 per month, with Annual Leave 12 days, Birthday Leave 1 day and Meal provided, 24-hour on-shift, 5 working days per week, shift holiday, 10 working hours per day, 包括1小時用膳時間
