Responsibilities

負責協助處理屋苑或商廈的日常維修及保養工作, 包括天花及牆身批灰, 牆紙及室內家具油漆修補, 防漏/打防水針, 鋪設瓷磚、瓦仔、泳池紙皮石、柱躉等; 監察供水系統及處理日常潔具工作, 如更換水喉, 清洗Y型過濾器(洗Y格), 更換閘掣, 檢查水泵通渠及更換其零件, 確保日常供水系統運作之正常等

Requirements

No requirement on academic qualification; 2 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Able to read & write simple Chinese ; Green Card; Construction Workers Registration Card

Employment Terms

$20,000 per month, with Annual Leave 12 days, Medical Benefits and Performance Award, Mon to Sat: 8:30AM-5:30PM, 6 working days per week, 9 working hours per day
