Responsibilities

一般社交媒體地產銷售學徒工作, 協助分行拍檔及團隊聯絡客戶, 售後服務, 學習及熟悉有關地產代理之專業工作項目(包括買賣成交流程及填寫合約); 負責公司房地產項目的社交媒體推廣工作, 於網上社交媒體等平台創作吸引的內容, 包括圖文、短視頻等 (工作地點: 沙田廣場第三分行)

Requirements

Secondary 5; Fair Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Able to read & write simple Chinese ; 持有地產營業員牌照(S牌)或地產代理牌照(E牌)

Employment Terms

$8,800 - $25,000 per month (Depends on experience), 10:00AM-5:00PM, 5 - 6 working days per week, shift holiday, 7 working hours per day
