Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 3 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese preferred; Fair Putonghua ; Fluent English preferred; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Green Card; With Water Supplies Department's project experience is pref.

$20,000 - $35,000 per month(Depends on experience), Mon to Sat: 8:00AM-6:00PM, 6 working days per week
