Responsibilities

負責物業內各項維修保養工程; 維持機電系統及所有物業設施運作正常; 監察服務承辦商的服務質素 (固定工作地點)

Requirements

Secondary 3; Fair Cantonese preferred; Fair English ; Able to read & write simple Chinese ; Green Card; Electricity Licence A; 具2年或以上相關工作經驗可考慮聘任為高級技術員

Employment Terms

$17,500 - $25,000 per month, with Annual Leave 11 days, Discretionary Bonus and Medical Benefits, 8:00AM-5:00PM,9:00AM-6:00PM,2:00PM-11:00PM or 9:00AM-1:00PM, 每天工作9小時, 半天工作4小時, 每週工作5天半,輪班,輪休
