Provide after-sales technical support for local charging piles, including remote guidance, on-site commissioning, and customer response;Assist customers with installation, commissioning, operation, and fault diagnosis for stable delivery;Deliver product training to customers, and maintain sound customer relationships;Coordinate with internal R&D and product teams to give feedback on field conditions for product optimization

Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 2 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read English

$19,000 - $25,000 per month, with Overtime Time-off in lieu and Annual Leave 10 days, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 5 working days per week, 8 working hours per day
