Patrol public areas and car parks to monitor security, cleanliness and the condition of residential facilities and access points; Safeguard the property and ensure smooth operation of facilities; Respond to general inquiries and assist residents within scope of duties

Secondary 3; 1 year of experience required; Fluent English preferred; Able to read & write English ; Security Training Course Certificate (QAS); Security Personnel Permit; (Communicate work status and any special matters with supervisors)

$18,000 - $24,000 per month, with Good Attendance Bonus $1500 per month, Annual Leave 12 days, Discretionary Bonus, Medical Benefits, one-off New Comer Award $3000 and Transport Allowance $500 per month, 7:30AM-7:30PM or 7:30PM-7:30AM, 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 12 working hours per day, (Record incidents and report to supervisors)
