Job Description
Responsibilities
Provide on-going PC hardware and software installation and maintenance support; Handle PC service request and end-user enquiry; Provide basic network equipment support (will be deployed to work in client's office)
Requirements
Secondary 5; 6 months of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Windows operation; TCP/IP; Microsoft Office; MS Outlook; General Internet Knowledge; With 1 year or above relevant experience is preferred; Immediately available is preferred
Employment Terms
$13,000 - $15,000 per month, with Overtime Allowance/Overtime Time-off in lieu, Birthday Leave and Medical Benefits, 9:00AM-6:00PM or 1:00PM-10:00PM, 5 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 8 working hours per day
