Administer special-purpose ledgers for government R&D subsidies, standardize the allocation of R&D costs, and compile full financial documentation required for audits; Prepare consolidated project budgets for the Hong Kong headquarters and the Fujian production base, and continuously monitor capital input and returns of optical chip R&D and production-line construction projects

Post-secondary (Bachelor Degree); 2 years of experience required; Fluent Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Two years or above work exp. in project finance, FP&A or financial control in new energy, EV, semiconductor or advanced manufacturing sectors

$20,000 - $40,000 per month(depends on experience), with Medical Benefits (Ensure full compliance and traceability of government subsidy utilization, establish R&D milestones), Mon to Fri: 10:00AM-7:00PM, 5 working days per week, 9 working hours per day (Manage intercompany project transactions and the allocation of special subsidy funds)
