In Chinese Restaurant Making dim sum; Purchasing and preparing ingredients, mixing and cooking stuffing; Planning menus and designing dishes / recipes; Monitoring ingredient inventory, food quality and hygiene; Arranging staff deployment; Supervising subordinates and training staff; Managing the operation of kitchen.

Secondary 3, 1 Year Experience Required, Little Cantonese, Little Reading and Written Chinese

$ 20,150 per month, 5 AM - 3 PM or 2 PM - 12 Mid-night (1 hour meal/rest break), 9 hours working hour(s) per day (shift required) (No. of working days per week : 6)
