Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day property operations; Supervise the cleaning, repair and maintenance service provided to residents / owners; Supervise junior operational staff; Build up and maintain good relationship with clients

Requirements

Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 3 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English

Employment Terms

$17,000 - $22,000 per month, with Annual Leave 14 days and Medical Benefits, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM and Sat: 9:00AM-1:00PM, 5.5 working days per week, 9 working hours per day
