Responsibilities

負責不同屋苑或商場之日常維修及保養工作，維持供電及供水系統之正常運作，更換火牛、電燈及緊急照明燈等，處理緊急維修等；處理天花牆身批灰，修補牆紙及修補室內家具油漆，防漏/打針，鋪設磁磚、瓦仔、泳池紙皮石、柱躉等；監察供水系統等 (需走盤)

Requirements

No requirement on academic qualification; 5 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Green Card; Electricity Licence A; Construction Workers Registration Card

Employment Terms

$25,000 - $29,000 per month, with Annual Leave 12 days, Medical Benefits and Performance Award, 8:30AM-5:30PM or 2:00PM-11:00PM, 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 9 working hours per day
