Responsibilities
負責維修故障的大廈設備以恢復正常運作；與前線人員合作以提供高效率的維修服務；對各類型大廈設備進行安裝及測試；執行緊急維修工作；進行日常保養、安裝及維修大廈設施
Requirements
Secondary 5; 1 year of experience required; Fluent Cantonese preferred; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; Green Card; Electricity Licence A; 能獨立處理水電、冷氣、油漆、泥水及木工維修工作；具良好溝通技巧；能書寫簡單的中文報告
Employment Terms
$22,000 - $25,000 per month, with Overtime Time-off in lieu/ Overtime Allowance, Double Pay, Annual Leave 10 days, Birthday Leave , Medical Benefits and Good Attendance Bonus $300 per month, 8:00AM-5:00PM/ 9:00AM-6:00PM/ 10:00AM-7:00PM, 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 9 working hours per day
