Responsibilities
一般物業維修及保養工作，巡查屋宇裝備(如水電、冷氣及消防)，處理業戶維修查詢，處理突發事故及緊急維修，協助跟進承辦商工程
Requirements
Secondary 3; 1 year of experience required; Fair Cantonese ; Able to read & write simple Chinese ; Green Card; Electricity Licence A
Employment Terms
$21,000 - $23,000 per month, with Annual Leave 12 days, Birthday Leave , Discretionary Bonus and Medical Benefits, Mon to Sat: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 6 working days per week, 9 working hours per day
