Secondary 5; 5 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write simple Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; Word-processing; Green Card; Eng/Chi PC operation; Construction Workers Registration Card; Basic Computer Operation Knowledge; 須持有T1證書和懂看圖則，具拆樓建築經驗，持有安全督導員證書/急救牌/駕駛執照優先

$28,000 - $42,000 per month (Depends on working experience), with Performance Award, Mon to Sat: 8:00AM-6:00PM, 6 working days per week
