負責定期檢查、維修及保養各項設備，包括物業、電力、冷氣等設施; 進行高質素及安全的防預及修補性之維修工作; 協助完成項目工程的跟進; 處理緊急維修服務
Requirements
Secondary 5; 1 year of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Green Card; Electricity Licence A; 有住宅/ 物業維修工作經驗
Employment Terms
$24,000 - $26,000 per month, with Annual Leave 13 days, Bank Holiday, Incentive Bonus, Medical Benefits and 推薦人獎金 $3000, Mon to Sat: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 5 - 6 working days per week, 9 working hours per day
