Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 2 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese preferred; Fair Putonghua preferred; Fair English preferred; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; Production Machine Maintenance; Microsoft Office; Electrical Maintenance; Air-conditioning; 持有機電工程或相關專業證書優先；熟悉物業管理系統操作，懂閱讀技術圖則；有物業維修或機電工程經驗優先

$22,000 - $28,000 per month, with Overtime Allowance, Discretionary Bonus and Medical Benefits, 8:00AM-4:15PM/9:00AM-5:15PM/3:15PM-11:30PM, 5 - 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, Alt. off
