Assist to supervise and coordinate with MEP technicians on-site; Responsible for maintenance and repair tasks for MEP systems; Ensure proper diagnosis of faults and effective troubleshooting; Monitor workmanship quality, progress and daily workflow; Support testing and commissioning activities (when required); Enforce safety standards and follow relevant procedures and regulations; Report job progress, issues and work status to management

Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 5 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; Electricity Licence A; Air-conditioning; 了解空氣調節系統的組件、供水及排水系統、低壓電力系統的組件
