Responsibilities

負責進行物業內各項日常維修保養工程，維持機電系統及所有物業設施運作正常，監察服務承辦商之服務質素

Requirements

No requirement on academic qualification; 3 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write simple Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; Green Card; Construction Workers Registration Card; 須為註冊電業工程人員(A或B級); 具3年或以上維修工程工作經驗，能獨立工作及處理緊急維修事宜

Employment Terms

$25,000 - $26,000 per month, with Annual Leave 11 days, Birthday Leave and Discretionary Bonus, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM and Sat: 9:00AM-1:00PM, 5.5 working days per week, 8號或以上颱風信號、黑色暴雨及極端天氣等情況需要當值
