Responsibilities
Assist the overall planning, coordinating and execution of event projects; Liaise with external vendors; Source event materials and organize the logistics; Support license and permit application; Consolidate proposal and prepare reports; Carry out ad-hoc duties
Requirements
Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 2 months of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fluent Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English
Employment Terms
$20,000 - $25,000 per month, with Overtime Time-off in lieu, Double Pay, Year-end Bonus, Annual Leave 15 days and Medical Benefits, Mon to Fri: 10:00AM-7:00PM, 5 working days per week, 8 working hours per day, 間中需要超時工作
