Legal Clerk

Take charge of the full-cycle drafting, review and revision of commercial contracts relating to Hong Kong and cross-border transactions. Follow up on special legal matters including investment and financing, compliance reviews, identify potential legal risks in business operations and formulate and issue risk prevention and control plans. Liaise and coordinate with external law firms, and handle dispute mediation and litigation-related matters

Post-secondary (Bachelor Degree); Fluent Cantonese ; Fluent Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English

$18,000 - $22,000 per month, with Annual Leave 14 days, Discretionary Bonus and Promotion Opportunity, Mon to Fri: 9:30AM-6:30PM, 5 working days per week, 1.5 hours meal break, (參與公司內部法律培訓，提供日常業務法律支持與諮詢。)
