Responsibilities
Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database and answering emails for the HR department etc. Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves. Assist in the preparation on employment contract. Handle/Prepare payroll. Support in HR ad-hoc reports & projects.
Requirements
Post-secondary (Bachelor Degree); Fluent Cantonese ; Fluent Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; 精通MS Excel 函數和分析工具。擁有人力資源管理和人員管理技能。
Employment Terms
$18,000 per month, with On-the-job Training, Promotion Opportunity and Medical Insurance, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 5 working days per week (Employment period: 18 months), Working exp and knowledge in payroll or HR sector is a plus
