Executive Assistant to GM

Conduct GBA fintech policy research, government funding applications and liaison. Manage end-to-end talent acquisition, visa and onboarding support in HK and SZ. Organize fintech expos, industry events and brand promotion activities. Draft professional bilingual documents and engage with government and external partners. Handle HK office administration and coordinate with Shenzhen team; use AI tools for efficiency. Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Post-secondary (Bachelor Degree); Fluent Cantonese ; Fluent Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read Chinese ; Able to read English ; Secretarial Certificate; Microsoft Office; MS PowerPoint; General accounting knowledge; Commercial Training; Familiar with writing, business protocols and official docs.
