Responsibilities
負責監控與接管 ITSM/ECC/AST 數位人異常流程，保障 SLA 與變更安全；定期抽檢 AI 處理工單與帳號權限，識別誤判並分析品質數據；協助沉澱與維護 SOP/PD Guide 及 CMDB 資產；重點治理非人類身份與特權帳號，執行最小權限與合規稽核。
Requirements
Post-secondary (Bachelor Degree); Fluent Cantonese preferred; Fluent Putonghua preferred; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Python; PL/SQL; MS SQL Server; CS/IT專業本科學歷，熟悉 ITIL/ITSM 運維流程，懂 LLM 互動與帳號合規，文檔表達清晰
Employment Terms
$18,000 per month, with Annual Leave 15 days, Birthday Leave 1 day and Mobile Phone Allowance $300 per month (Young people holding bachelor’s degrees or above are welcome to apply), Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-12:00PM and 2:00PM-6:00PM, 5 working days per week, Employment period: 18 months
