Responsibilities

一般技工(油漆/木工/泥水)工作，處理裝修及緊急維修服務 (持有相關牌照如建造業議會發出有關泥水/木工/油漆等技術水平之證明書，水務署發出之一級水喉匠牌照，具酒店、物業或樓宇維修工作經驗，持有電工A牌，持有註冊小型工程承建商(個人)牌照優先)

Requirements

Secondary 3; 8 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; 具良好溝通技巧，獨立處事技巧，有責任感

Employment Terms

$23,000 - $25,000 per month, with Overtime Allowance, Double Pay, Annual Leave 12 days, Birthday Leave 1 day, Meal provided, Shuttle Bus Service and Medical Benefits, 8:00AM-6:00PM, 5 - 6 working days per week, shift holiday, 10 working hours per day
