Responsibilities

負責餐廳日常營運, 制訂餐廳管理方案, 處理人事及員工培訓, 制訂更表, 處理後勤文書, 協助公司成本控制, 監控食物出品, 確保品質符合公司要求, 處理客戶投訴等(具5年或以上餐飲業實務經驗, 其中1年或以上須擔任主管或經理級職務)

Requirements

Secondary 3; 5 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese preferred; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; 熟悉連鎖餐飲或特定菜系營運, 具良好溝通,領導技巧與成本控制概念

Employment Terms

$23,000 - $26,000 per month, 6:15AM-5:30PM/10:30AM-9:30PM/11:00AM-10:00PM, 5 - 6 working days per week, shift holiday, 10 working hours per day
