Responsibilities

負責大廈公共地方及設施之日常維修、保養及檢查；處理住戶之報修要求及緊急突發事故；定期巡查屋苑設施；協助上司監督外判承辦商之施工進度及質量

Requirements

Secondary 3; 2 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Green Card; 具熟練的泥水維修技能，熟悉砌築、粉刷、鋪磚等基本技巧，能獨立工作

Employment Terms

$21,000 per month, with Annual Leave 12 days, Medical Insurance and Year-end Bonus, 9:00AM-6:00PM, 5 - 6 working days per week, shift holiday, 9 working hours per day, 長短週
