Build Mobile COD Electronics Store

I run an electronics shop and need a simple online store built as an MVP. The store has one job: customers browse my products on their phone and place an order, and I see and manage those orders. Payment is cash on delivery for now. Online payment, customer accounts and a custom domain will come later, so the code and data model must be clean enough to build on.

The store must run on free plans only, on the free address the host gives (for example [login to view URL]). The site goes on Netlify or Cloudflare Pages free plan (not Vercel Hobby, which is for non-commercial use). The database should be a free PostgreSQL host (for example Neon), product photos on a free image host (for example Cloudinary), and the admin login built into the app. All accounts must be in my name with no credit card on file, and adding a domain later must be a settings change, not a code change. My preferred stack is [login to view URL] + PostgreSQL + Tailwind CSS, but I am open to a better suggestion if it runs on free hosting.

Core workflow and features
• Mobile-first storefront: home with banner, categories and featured products
• Category pages with brand and price filters and sorting
• Search by product name, brand or model
• Product page with photos, price, specs table and stock status
• Contact page with address, phone, WhatsApp button and map
• Cart saved in the browser, guest checkout (name, phone, address, note), cash on delivery only
• Confirmation page with order number and an email to me for every new order
• Stock goes down when an order is placed, so the same unit is never sold twice
• Admin (owner only): login, add / edit / hide products, photos, category, brand, price, stock, specs
• Product import from Excel / CSV and an order list with statuses: new, confirmed, shipped, delivered, cancelled

Timeline
The store goes live in 3 days and I can test it on my phone from Day 1. Day 1: setup, database, product import and storefront live. Day 2: cart, checkout, order email, stock update and admin. Day 3: phone testing, fixes and handover.

Deliverables for acceptance
1. Complete source code in my GitHub from day one, plus the database schema.
2. Live store on the free host, with orders and stock tested (no lost orders, no double selling).
3. README with setup and deploy steps, a .env example, and how to add a product.

Not in the MVP: online payment, customer accounts, reviews, wishlist, coupons, multiple languages, delivery tracking, custom domain, mobile app. If you think something should be cut or done differently, tell me. I would rather hear that than a yes to everything.

1. An online store you built (live link).
2. Two customers order the last unit of the same product at the same moment. How do you make sure I don't sell it twice?
3. Which free host you would use, and which of its limits could hurt a live shop.
