PDF Text Corrections Needed

I have a single PDF that requires text corrections in several sections and paragraphs. The edits are strictly textual—no pages, images, or signatures need to be touched—and every change must preserve the existing font, size, and overall layout so the document looks exactly as it did before, only with the updated wording.

Here’s what I’ll provide:
• The original PDF
• A marked-up reference (or a list) indicating the exact sentences and wording to replace

What I expect back:
• An updated PDF with the corrected text seamlessly integrated
• The same file dimensions, fonts, spacing, and structure as the original

Optional but appreciated:
• A version in Word or another editable format for future tweaks, as long as the final PDF remains identical in appearance.

If you’re comfortable making precise text swaps in a PDF while maintaining perfect formatting consistency, let’s get started right away.
