Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 3 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese preferred; Fair Putonghua preferred; Fluent English preferred; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; MS Excel; Green Card; Changjie / Simplified Changjie input method; Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline

$24,000 - $34,000 per month (Depends on working experience), Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM and Sat: 9:00AM-1:00PM, 5.5 working days per week
