YouTube Audience Growth Strategy Needed

My channel is ready for the next step. What I care about most is building an active community—people who watch, comment, and share each video instead of simply bumping subscriber counts. I haven’t tapped into Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or any other social platforms yet, so you’ll be starting with a clean slate and plenty of freedom to shape the overall strategy.

I need a social-media-savvy partner who can:

• Audit my existing content to spot quick wins and long-term opportunities.
• Design and execute a cross-platform plan that attracts the right viewers and turns them into engaged fans.
• Suggest realistic posting schedules, collaboration ideas, and measurable milestones so we can track genuine interaction, not vanity numbers.

When you reply, focus on the experience you have guiding similar channels from low engagement to lively, comment-driven communities. Links to case studies or channels you’ve managed are welcome if they illustrate that skill.

Let’s create a following that actually talks back.
