負責管理廚房之日常工作; 負責廚房日常運作; 食品處理及出品; 維持產品質素; 檢查廚房內一切物品和食品衞生狀況; 確保出品的所有食品衞生
Requirements
No requirement on academic qualification; 3 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Able to read & write simple Chinese ; 有3年或以上廚房管理工作經驗優先; 具良好領導技巧; 能獨立處理工作; 具連鎖餐廳管理經驗優先
Employment Terms
$21,000 - $25,000 per month, with Birthday Leave , Purchase Discount, Medical Benefits, Meal provided, Marriage Leave, Promotion Opportunity and Good Attendance Bonus, 10:30AM-10:00PM, 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 10 working hours per day, (有親聚假, 恩恤假, 安全鞋資助)
