Memoir Line & Proof Edit Needed

My memoir is complete at 35,450 words and now needs a careful line edit combined with full grammar, spelling, punctuation, and consistency checks. The book is written for general readers who enjoy personal life stories, so the prose should feel smooth and engaging without losing the conversational tone already on the page.

I want my original voice to stay front-and-center. Wherever possible, please leave my phrasing intact and step in only when a sentence is unclear, repetitive, or technically incorrect. Bigger rewrites or structural changes are not required; if you spot something that truly needs re-working, note it in a comment rather than rewriting wholesale.

Please work in Microsoft Word using Track Changes so I can review every edit.

Deliverables
• A clean, fully edited manuscript ready for layout.
• A tracked-changes version showing every alteration.
• A brief style sheet or summary of recurrent decisions (e.g., hyphenation, numbers, capitalization) for future reference.

If you have solid experience line-editing memoirs and can balance precision with respect for author voice, I’d love to collaborate and bring this manuscript to publish-ready quality.
