Right now the process sits in different emails and people’s heads; I want everything captured in one clear document so any new team member can read it and do the job correctly from day one.

The document should:
• Walk through each step in the collection workflow, from obtaining consent to final data entry.
• Spell out where the data lives (server, cloud folder, CRM, etc.) and the naming or versioning rules you recommend.
• Include practical safeguards—encryption at rest, access-control tips, daily back-up reminders—written in plain language.
• Reference relevant standards such as GDPR or ISO 27001 where they help clarify “why” a step matters.

Please deliver the finished procedures in either Google Docs or Microsoft Word, with a short flowchart or checklist appended in PDF for quick reference. Once I review and confirm every stage of the workflow is covered, I will sign off.
