GMT+5 HR Interviewer Needed

I’m looking for an HR professional who can step in as our first-touch interviewer for full-stack developer roles at ProofofCodes. You’ll be working full time on a GMT+5 schedule, running the first-round video interviews that determine whether candidates move forward in our pipeline.

Here’s what the day-to-day looks like:

• Review CVs that my sourcing team sends over, focusing on cultural fit and baseline technical alignment for full-stack positions.
• Host 20- to 30-minute video calls, probing communication skills, English fluency, and fundamental software engineering concepts.
• Summarise every conversation in a concise scorecard so the hiring panel can quickly decide on next steps.

To succeed you should be comfortable speaking clear, fluent English on camera, have a solid understanding of common web-stack terminology (APIs, databases, Git workflows, CI/CD, etc.), and be ready to work entirely within the GMT+5 window.
